When you place a bid: your brand name, email address, and — if you provide them — your website and X handle, plus the logo file you upload. That's it.

Every visitor gets a random id stored in their own browser so the live visitor counter can tell one person from another. It isn't linked to a name, an email, or anything else about you.

Your brand name and logo are shown publicly on this site and in the room I stream, which is the point of the purchase. Your email is used to tell you when you win, when you're outbid, and when your logo goes up.

Your website and X handle, if given, are shown next to your logo.

Card payments are handled by Dodo Payments. Your card details go straight to them and never touch this site or my servers. They hold that data under their own privacy policy.

I don't sell your data, I don't share it with advertisers, and I don't run third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Bid records are kept while the auction runs and afterwards for accounting. Visitor ids are dropped once they go stale. Ask me to delete your details and I will, except where I'm required to keep a payment record.

Email me to see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, or to have your logo taken down.
